These terms govern bookings made with VIVA Tours (重庆思达国际旅行社). By making an enquiry or booking, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, just ask us on WhatsApp before you book.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed when we agree on the itinerary and you pay the deposit. We will never begin a booking without your explicit confirmation.
A deposit of 20% confirms most tours; the balance is due before or on arrival. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and major credit cards. All prices are per person and quoted in USD unless agreed otherwise.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure for most tours. Within 7 days, deposits are non-refundable. Changes to dates or itinerary are welcome subject to availability.
We are responsible for delivering the services we arrange with our own team and vetted partners: guides, transport, hotels, and entrance tickets. We act in good faith and will do our utmost to keep your trip on track in all circumstances.
You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport and any required visas or permits for travel in China, and for maintaining adequate travel insurance. We are happy to advise on these before you book.
Neither party is liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, government actions, or health emergencies. We will always help you rearrange where possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and any dispute will be resolved through friendly negotiation first.
